Our Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to have a rewarding experience when evaluating and purchasing UVANDUS products. This policy explains how to contact us about a return or refund.

By placing an order or making a purchase from UVANDUS, you agree to the terms of the transaction and our Privacy Policy. If there is a problem with a product or you are not satisfied with it, contact us so we can discuss the issue and review the request.

Requesting a return

Please contact UVANDUS before sending a product back. Include your order or invoice reference, the product name, delivery date and a description of the issue. The team will confirm how the return should be handled.

Refunds

UVANDUS checks products before processing orders and takes care when packing them. If a selected product is unavailable or an inventory or quality-check issue prevents supply, UVANDUS may cancel the order and inform you. For an order paid online rather than by cash on delivery, a refund will be initiated after the team confirms the request.

Returned products are reviewed after receipt. If the return meets the applicable guidelines, UVANDUS will proceed with the refund. Processing may take a few days; you will be notified when the refund is issued.

UVANDUS is not liable for damage caused to items during transit or transportation. Please contact customer care promptly if a shipment arrives damaged so the team can review the details.

Return shipping

UVANDUS will pay the return shipping cost, including when the original order did not include free shipping. Contact customer care for return shipping instructions before sending an item.

Product availability and limitations

Product availability and quantities may be limited by demand or supply. UVANDUS may change the quantities available for purchase, including after an order is placed. If UVANDUS confirms an order and later cannot supply an item, UVANDUS will cancel that item or order and refund the purchase price in full.
