Information collected
When you submit a business quotation request, the form collects your name, business name, business type, phone number, delivery location, selected products and pack sizes. It can also collect your email address, requested order frequency, estimated quantities and any additional details you choose to provide.
The website does not collect payment card details through this quotation form. Purchases made through the separate online sales portal are subject to that portal’s privacy information.
How information is used
UVANDUS uses enquiry information to review and respond to your request, prepare a quotation, confirm product and delivery availability, and coordinate relevant follow-up about the requested supply.
Enquiry storage and email
Submitted enquiries are recorded on the website server in a restricted storage folder. The website also attempts to send an enquiry notification to customercare@uvandus.com using the server’s configured mail service. If email delivery is unavailable, the enquiry may still be saved on the server.
There is no automatic enquiry deletion period configured in this website package. Enquiry records remain on the server until an authorized administrator removes them under UVANDUS’s retention practices.
Cookies and spam prevention
The quotation form uses a PHP session token to protect form submissions, which may require an essential session cookie. The form also uses a hidden spam-trap field and a short rate limit. A one-way hash derived from a network address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not included in the enquiry record. The rate-limit data is temporary. The hosting server may keep separate technical access logs according to its configuration.
Website pages request typeface files from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s font service to load those files.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting and email infrastructure may process information as needed to provide the website and deliver enquiry notifications. This website does not use the quotation form to enroll visitors in a newsletter or to sell enquiry details for advertising.
The website links to external services, including the UVANDUS online sales portal and social media. When you follow an external link, the other service’s privacy practices apply.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You may contact UVANDUS to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted. The team may ask for information needed to identify the enquiry and will review the request subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Information security
The website stores enquiries in a restricted server folder and uses validation and anti-spam controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to enquiry records should be limited to authorized personnel.
Children
This website is intended for business customers and is not designed to collect information directly from children.
