Can you provide a product catalogue and quotation?
Yes. Share your business details, delivery location, product list, approximate quantities and packaging preferences so the team can review the request.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities and pack formats are not fixed across categories. Ask for the applicable details in your quotation.
Do you offer credit terms?
Payment terms are subject to approval and the written commercial agreement. Please do not assume a credit facility until it is explicitly confirmed.
Can you provide food-safety or product documentation?
Ask for the documents applicable to the specific product and supply arrangement. Availability and scope should be confirmed before placing an order.
How do I raise a quality or delivery concern?

Can I ask about several categories in one quotation?
