We source the Sea fish & sea food every day based on orders from the customers, directly from the local fishermen fresh off the particular fisherman boats. Every catch is done hand-picked by the expert fishmongers to guarantee the quality as well as consistency of UVANDUS. We are very serious regarding the quality as well as the consistency, hence we procure seafood straight from the jetty/shore in bulk as per advance order and from our registered boats/fishermen’s which we see coming from sea.
We never keep any product frozen, always the processing proceeds after the order is confirmed. Also, we ask the customer how they want their product to be delivered, like in full or in neatly cleaned cut pieces.
We don’t deliver 24X7 and 365 days a year. We deliver only if it’s available fresh, directly from sea or farm through our registered fisherman/farmer only. And, whenever it is available we utilize our push notification on our app to inform you on the availability of the products with details. We guarantee to provide the most excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring great quality and cleanliness at completely reasonable price.
